Spring Semester 2027
Available spots
Service Description
Let’s go deeper into the beauty of Greek! This course builds on the foundation established in Koine Greek I, guiding middle and high school students further into the study of Koine Greek using Basics of Biblical Greek Grammar by William D. Mounce. Students will continue beyond the introductory material, strengthening their understanding of verbs, expanding their grasp of Greek syntax, and increasing their ability to read and translate the New Testament with confidence. Students will deepen their knowledge of verb systems (including aorist, imperfect, and more advanced forms), explore participles and more complex sentence structures, and grow in reading fluency through guided practice. Emphasis will be placed on reinforcing core concepts while moving toward greater independence in translation and comprehension. Taught by Bekah (M.A. in Biblical Languages: Linguistics, Liberty University), this course maintains a balance of academic rigor and encouragement, helping students continue to grow both intellectually and spiritually. Regular quizzes and a final test will ensure students are retaining and mastering the material as they progress.
