Updated July Mondays 3-week Handbuilding

Service Description

For kiddos in ages 6-12. This playful clay hand-building course invites children to learn through doing—using their hands to explore, create, and discover. In a calm, supportive environment, students will build confidence and independence as they practice simple techniques like pinch, coil, and join. Our projects include (different from June!!): Garden Gnome: we will be crafting a whimsical and imaginative figurine for the garden or inside the house! Slab pot: personalized slab pots using technique of only using rolled out clay to form a pot that can hold their favorite plants or treasures, the possibilities are endless! Students will complete course with three projects, likely ready to take home two weeks after final course for a final fire in the kiln! With a ratio of 1:8, your child will have the ability to ask thoughtful questions with direct instruction and the independence to build their own creation!
